Andy Mowlajko, DMD
Dr. Andy Mowlajko is the sole owner of Mowlajko Family Dentistry and a Clemson University's Calhoun Honors College graduate. He attended the James B. Edwards College of Dental Medicine at the Medical University of South Carolina, earning his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree in 2012. Dr. Mowlajko's passion for dentistry is deeply rooted, inspired by his father, who established the practice in 1978. Dr. Andy's dedication to the field is further driven by his love of working with his hands and a deep-seated desire to help people.
Dr. Mowlajko has continued the family legacy by building personal relationships with his patients and getting to know them beyond their dental needs. He takes great pride in carrying on the tradition of compassionate care that generations of families in Anderson have come to respect and appreciate.
Outside the office, Dr. Mowlajko enjoys attending Clemson football games, playing golf, spending quality time on the lake, and woodworking. A fun fact about him that others might not know is that he holds his high school's record for the most interceptions in a single football game.
Tammy Crompton
Dental Hygienist
Tammy has been an integral part of our team since beginning her career with us in May 1991. A Greenville Technical College graduate, Tammy's dental hygiene expertise is matched by the trusting relationships she cultivates with her patients.
For Tammy, the most fulfilling aspect of her role is the friendships she's developed, which extend beyond the dental chair and have become a cherished part of her life. She also takes great pride in being part of a team that is more like family and creates a supportive and close-knit environment at Mowlajko Family Dentistry.
Outside the office, Tammy's world revolves around her family. Married with three grown children, she is Mimi to two beautiful grandsons and treasures the time she spends with them.
Beth Isom
Dental Assistant
Beth received her training at Greenville Technical College and brings 30 years of experience to her role as a dental assistant at Mowlajko Family Dentistry. She believes in the power of a confident grin and enjoys seeing patients leave feeling confident and happy with their new smiles.
One of the most satisfying aspects of her job is getting to know patients who have become like family through the years. She enjoys following their lives as they go from childhood to adulthood or from young parents to empty nesters. Beth also values working as part of a close-knit team that supports each other at work and in every part of their lives.
When she's not at the office, Beth's world revolves around spending time with her family. She also likes flipping old furniture and making it look like new.
Tasha Eakins
Dental Assistant
Tasha is a seasoned dental assistant at Mowlajko Family Dentistry, where her role involves a variety of office and laboratory duties, along with direct patient care. She is skilled at assisting the dentist during procedures and is meticulous in her work, from handling instruments and aiding in treatments to performing x-rays.
Tasha's journey in dental health began at Tri-County Technical College over two decades ago in 2002. She initially entered the healthcare field interested in nursing but found her true calling in dental care. In 2020, she joined our team and finds that the most rewarding aspect of her work is being part of the process that helps patients regain their smiles.
In her free time, you can find Tasha traveling, enjoying sports, golfing with her husband, and savoring good food. She loves the energy of being part of a crowd, and whether it is a sporting event or concert, she enjoys singing and cheering along with 20,000 of her closest friends.
Ashley Bagwell
Patient Care Coordinator
A graduate of Palmetto High School, Ashley has worked in the dental field since 2015, joining Dr. Mowlajko in 2021. Her responsibilities include ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for every patient. She will greet you warmly when you arrive, check you in, and carefully verify your personal and insurance details.
Ashley's journey into dentistry began when a job opportunity sparked a lifelong interest in the field. One of the things she finds most rewarding about her job is meeting new patients and making personal connections. She values the close-knit feel at our office, where everyone helps out when needed, making each day at work fun and enjoyable.
Outside of work, Ashley dedicates most of her time to her young son. She cherishes watching him grow and seeing life through his eyes. When the weather’s nice, she also enjoys a good game of pickleball.
Ashley’s unique hobby is doing embroidery and applique for children's outfits. One day, she hopes to channel her organizational skills into planning and coordinating special events and weddings.
Jennifer Crowe
Patient Care Coordinator
As a patient care coordinator, Jennifer plays a vital role in the smooth operation of our office. Her responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling appointments, dental treatment planning, charting, and managing the intricacies of dental billing.
A graduate of Oakwood Christian School, Jennifer has worked in dentistry since 2009, joining the Mowlajko Family Dentistry team in 2019. She was drawn to the dental field through a friend’s recommendation, and it's been a rewarding journey ever since. What she cherishes most about her role is the opportunity to build lasting relationships with patients, contributing to the warm and welcoming atmosphere our practice is known for.
When she's not ensuring everything at the office runs like clockwork, Jennifer enjoys traveling, watching Clemson Football, and lifting weights. An interesting fact about Jennifer is that she completed a half marathon with her mom for her 65th birthday.
